Who we are

Roya Trading is an independent, self-published comparator of crypto and on-chain prop trading firms. This is a static website: there is no user account system, no newsletter, and no server-side database collecting your personal data. For any privacy question or request, see “Contact” below.

Data we collect

We never ask you to create an account or fill in a form that gets stored on our servers. Our /contact/ page simply points you to our X (Twitter) account, our Telegram community and an email address — nothing you send there is captured by this website itself. Two tools do run on this site:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — audience-measurement tool (page views and events such as affiliate_click), served through Google's gtag.js and tied to our Google Analytics property (ID starting with G-).
• X (Twitter) advertising pixel (static.ads-twitter.com/uwt.js) — measures the effectiveness of our X ad campaigns; it fires a conversion event (tw-rcdub-repdi) when you click one of our affiliate links.

Cookie consent

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Google Analytics uses Google's Consent Mode v2: until you click “Accept,” analytics_storage stays denied and no analytics cookie is set — Google only receives anonymous, cookieless pings. If you click “Decline,” that denied choice is remembered and nothing further is stored. Since 25 September 2026 the X advertising pixel (uwt.js), used for ad conversion measurement, loads only after you click “Accept”; if you decline, it is never loaded.

Purpose and legal basis

These tools exist to measure our audience and to see whether our advertising spend on X generates link clicks. The legal basis is your consent, collected through the cookie banner, in line with GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the ePrivacy rules on cookies.

Retention

We do not set our own retention period on top of these tools — data is kept according to Google's and X's default retention settings for GA4 and X Ads respectively. Consult Google's and X's own privacy documentation for current figures, as they can change independently of this site.

Who receives your data — no sale of data

Analytics and ad-measurement data is processed by Google (Google Analytics 4) and by X Corp (X Ads pixel), under their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent or otherwise trade your data to anyone.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard web-server access logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent) for operational and security purposes, under Netlify's own privacy policy.

Outbound and affiliate links

This site contains outbound links, including affiliate links (for example to app.propr.xyz/r/ROYA). Once you leave roya-trading.com, the privacy policy of the destination site applies — we do not control, and are not responsible for, how third-party sites handle your data.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Since we hold no account database, in practice these rights mainly concern the analytics data held by Google/X (which you can also manage directly through your Google/X account settings or browser opt-outs) or any message you sent us directly.
