Terms of Use
1. Service
Roya Trading provides an automated trading bot that runs on the Propr.xyz platform via their API. The user remains solely responsible for their Propr account, API keys and funds.
2. Liability
Roya Trading cannot be held liable for financial losses linked to use of the bot, software bugs, service outages, or decisions of the Propr.xyz platform. By using the service, the user accepts these risks.
3. Payments
Payments are made in USDC on the Solana blockchain. One-off payments (Founder lifetime $99) are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; no pro-rata refund is issued.
4. Personal data
We collect only your Telegram ID, your language, your Solana cashback wallet (optional) and your Propr API key (encrypted with AES-256). No personal data is resold or shared with third parties. You can request deletion of your data at lesroyalistes9@gmail.com.
5. Termination
You can stop the bot at any time via the /stop command on Telegram. You can revoke your API key directly on Propr.xyz to cut all bot access to your account.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
