Verdict
Propr.xyz β 4.5 / 5
A legit, crypto-native prop firm on Hyperliquid β 80% split, on-chain USDC payouts (~5h), up to $100K funding, no time limit and an open API. Best for traders who want to automate; mind the crypto volatility and that itβs a newer firm.

Short version: Propr.xyz is a legit crypto prop firm β an 80% profit split, USDC payouts settled on-chain in about 5 hours, no time limit, and an open API. I trade on it and I built a bot on top of it, so I'm biased β but I'll give you the catch too. Here's the honest review after months of running real challenges on it.
What is Propr.xyz?
Propr.xyz is a crypto prop firm built on Hyperliquid, the fastest on-chain perpetuals exchange. Instead of trading your own money, you prove your edge on an evaluation account, and Propr funds you with their capital β up to $100K. You trade 150+ markets (crypto perps, prediction markets, Solana memecoins, and more) and keep 80% of the profit. Curious how it stacks up against the others? I broke that down in my decentralized prop firm comparison.
How the challenge works
You pay a one-time evaluation fee, hit a profit target while respecting drawdown limits, and you get a funded account. You choose from three evaluation types β Classic 1-Step, the lower-cost Turbo 1-Step, or Classic 2-Step. What makes Propr different from a classic firm like FTMO: no time limit on funded accounts, no hidden consistency rules, transparent published rules, and β the part that matters most to me β an agent-friendly API. That open API is exactly what lets you automate the whole thing.
Fees & profit split
The profit split is 80% to the trader, which sits at the high end of the industry. You pay the evaluation fee once per attempt β no subscription β and the fee scales with account size. Compared to the monthly-fee model some firms run, paying once and having no clock ticking is a real advantage if you trade conservatively. See the current fee grid, rules and leverage on the Propr data sheet.
Payouts: the part traditional firms can't match
Payouts are on-demand, on-chain, in USDC β around 5 hours on average. Because settlement is on-chain, you can verify your payout yourself instead of waiting on a support ticket. Propr also A/B books every position transparently, so you're not guessing whether the firm wants you to lose. For a prop firm, that level of payout transparency is rare β and it's the clearest reason I prefer the model overall, which I lay out in on-chain vs traditional prop firms.
What I like
- 80% split + on-chain payouts. You can prove you got paid.
- No time limit, no consistency-rule traps. Less pressure to overtrade.
- Open API. You can automate your strategy (this is how Bubbles exists).
- Built on Hyperliquid. Deep liquidity, fast fills, real on-chain perps.
- A second market coming. Propr has published the rules and prices for a prediction-market prop firm on Polymarket β waitlist open, not live yet.
- A token on the horizon. The challenges you run now also stack points toward the upcoming $PROPR token launch β upside the older forex firms don't offer.
What to watch (the honest part)
- It's crypto leverage. The volatility that funds you can also blow your account in minutes. The firm is fine; your risk management is the variable.
- It's a newer firm. Crypto prop is young. I'd never put money I can't afford to lose into any prop firm, Propr included.
- 2026 regulation is shifting. The industry is heading toward stricter KYC/AML and licensing. Expect more identity checks over time β here's exactly where the KYC line sits on Propr today.
- The evaluation balance is simulated. True here and at every other firm, on-chain or not β what's real is the price reference and the USDC payout. If that distinction matters to you (it should), I unpacked all three layers in prop firm accounts: real money or demo?
How to actually pass it
A good firm doesn't pass the challenge for you. I blew four challenges on emotion before I automated my way through β the full method is in my guide on passing a Propr.xyz challenge semi-auto. The short version: a disciplined DCA strategy, strict drawdown rules, and taking your own brain out of the loop. Thatβs the entire reason I built Bubbles β and you can see our live bot stats for transparent, real-world results.

Verdict
Worth it if you want crypto-native prop trading with a high split, on-chain payouts you can verify, and the freedom to automate. Skip it ifyou want regulated forex or you can't stomach crypto volatility. For my use case β automated DCA on a funded account β Propr is the best fit I've found. Weighing it against its closest on-chain rival? I broke that down in Propr vs Hypernova. FAQ β Propr.xyz review

Yes, Propr.xyz is a real crypto prop firm built on Hyperliquid, with on-chain USDC payouts you can verify yourself. Every position is A/B booked transparently and payouts are trackable on-chain. It's a newer firm, so treat it like any prop firm: read the rules, start small, and only risk the evaluation fee.
How much does a Propr.xyz challenge cost?+
You pay a one-time evaluation fee that scales with account size (from a small fee on the smallest accounts up to larger accounts funded up to $100K). There's no subscription β you pay once per challenge attempt, and there's no time limit to complete it.
What's the profit split on Propr.xyz?+
80% to the trader. Propr pays out in USDC on-chain, on demand, in about 5 hours on average. That's at the high end for the prop firm industry and the on-chain settlement is the part traditional firms can't match.
How fast are Propr.xyz payouts?+
On-demand, settled on-chain in USDC β around 5 hours on average. Because payouts are on-chain, you can track them yourself instead of waiting on a support ticket.
Can you automate a Propr.xyz challenge?+
Yes. Propr exposes an agent-friendly API, which is exactly what lets a bot like Bubbles run a disciplined DCA strategy or copy trading on your account via your API key β without ever holding your funds.
Propr.xyz vs FTMO β what's the difference?+
FTMO is forex/CFD on a centralised broker; Propr is crypto-native on Hyperliquid with on-chain USDC payouts, no time limit, and an open API. If you want to trade crypto perps and verify payouts on-chain, Propr fits. If you want regulated forex, FTMO is the older, larger option.
Propr isn't for you ifβ¦
We rank Propr #1 β but it's not the right fit for everyone. Skip it if:
- You're in the US, UK, Russia or an OFAC-sanctioned region β Propr can't onboard you, and VPN workarounds get accounts terminated with no payout.
- You want spot or memecoin trading β Propr is perpetual-futures only, on Hyperliquid. For Solana memecoins, Solana Funded is the native venue.
- You need the biggest possible single account β Propr caps at $100K per account ($300K combined). Carrot Funding goes up to $500K in one account.
- You refuse any token/points exposure β Propr runs a $PROPR points program. For a purely LP-funded, tokenless firm, HyperPNL fits better.
- You want zero leverage risk β this is leveraged perps: you can lose your challenge fee, and a blown funded account is over.
