Free calculators for prop firm traders

Three questions decide whether a challenge is worth buying and whether you survive it: where exactly is my drawdown floor, what is this evaluation actually worth, and what will my airdrop points be worth. Each has a calculator here. No sign-up, nothing stored.

Why these three

  • Drawdown โ€” the rule that ends most challenges, and the one most traders compute wrong
  • Expected value โ€” a $999 challenge with a low pass rate is a bad trade before you place one
  • Airdrop โ€” points convert at a rate nobody has published, so scenarios beat guesses
  • All three run client-side: no account, no email, nothing leaves your browser

The calculators

Live data, not just calculators

Two pages on this site publish numbers rather than compute them โ€” and they're the ones worth citing if you're writing about the sector:

Using the drawdown calculator properly

The mistake I see most often: treating a trailing drawdown like a static one. A static floor is set once from your starting balance and never moves โ€” grow a $50K account to $60K and the floor is still $47,000, so your buffer gets bigger as you win. A trailing floor follows your highest equity, including unrealised profit on open positions, which means a trade that spikes then reverses can ratchet the floor up and breach you on the way back down.

Run both in the calculator with your real numbers before choosing an evaluation format. The full mechanics are in trailing vs static drawdown, and the exact limits per account size are on the Propr data sheet.

FAQ

Are these calculators free?+

Yes, all of them, with no sign-up and no email required. They run entirely in your browser โ€” nothing you type is sent anywhere or stored.

How do I know where my drawdown floor is?+

It depends on whether your account uses a static or a trailing limit. Static: starting balance minus the drawdown percentage, and it never moves. Trailing: your highest recorded equity minus the drawdown amount, which follows you up. The drawdown calculator computes both for any account size.

Can I reuse these tools on my own site?+

You're welcome to cite the figures or link to the calculators โ€” a link back to roya-trading.com is appreciated. Don't copy the tool itself.

โš ๏ธ These tools are informational. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss, and no calculator predicts a market. Figures for unlaunched products (like the $PROPR token) are scenarios, not forecasts. Nothing here is investment advice.
