The full dated record (long read)
MyFundedPerps (myfundedperpetuals.com), operated by Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, scores 65.3/100 on our grid of 16 October 2026, from its documents read on 15 October 2026 and an Elite 50K Challenge bought by Raphael that day (receipt not yet published, nothing paid out to us). Every account is simulated: its Terms say no trading involves real capital and that profit splits "are paid from the Company's own funds", and its public API attributes 113 of 135 markets to Binance data and 15 to Hyperliquid. Each challenge is a 1-Step evaluation with a static drawdown (Select 3%, Prime 5%, Signature 6%, Elite 5%), no time limit, no minimum days and no consistency rule; Elite costs $49, $95, $249 and $495 for 5K to 50K with a 3% daily loss, or $89 to $889 without one. Payouts are 80/20 by default (90/10 as a paid option), go through Rise after a manual review, start at 1% of the account size on Elite and are capped at $100,000 per trader for life; no payout address, hash or registry is published.
MyFundedPerps sells 1-Step evaluations on crypto perpetuals — and on stocks, indices, FX and commodities quoted the same way — from a Delaware company that markets itself as "from the team behind My Funded Futures" while its own policies call it a separate company. Every account is simulated: the Terms say no trading involves real capital, the public API shows which data feed prices each market (Binance for 113 of 135), and profit splits are paid from the firm's own funds through Rise.
We read the documentation, the Terms and the policies on 15 October 2026, and Raphael bought an Elite 50K Challenge the same day. On that account the rules are where the docs put them, and the one trade we placed was charged the published commission to the cent. What we cannot tell you yet is the part that matters most: what a payout looks like, in what currency, and how long it takes — the firm does not publish it, and we have not been paid. Our grid gives 65.3/100, capped as desk research until a payout lands.

About MyFundedPerps
MyFundedPerps calls itself "a paper-trading platform for crypto perpetual futures in the funded-challenge model". Here is what we could read and date on 15 and 16 October 2026, and what we could not.
What we read, with its date
Operator: Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., d/b/a MyFundedPerpetuals, "a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware" (footer, Terms, Disclaimer, 15 October 2026); Delaware law and AAA arbitration in the Terms. No financial licence claimed: the Disclaimer says it is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, investment adviser or money manager.
Relationship with My Funded Futures: the marketing says "From the team behind My Funded Futures"; the Refund and Privacy policies say MyFundedPerpetuals is "a company separate from MyFunded Futures, LLC". A press release of 3 September 2026 announced the rebrand from "Funding Perpetuals" and quotes the My Funded Futures CEO.
Product: 1-Step evaluations on simulated accounts (Select, Prime, Signature, Elite); about 134 markets — crypto, stocks, indices, FX and commodities — priced from Binance (113 of 135 on the public API), Hyperliquid (15), Veranta (6) and Ostium (1) data; no order is sent to an exchange.
Launch: payout requests opened on 11 September 2026 at 04:00 UTC; the Disclaimer is dated September 2026; a launch competition ran from 15 to 28 September 2026.
Reputation: Trustpilot 4.4/5 on 58 reviews in the version we fetched (apparently cached around 28 September 2026), including five near-identical one-star reviews the firm calls a coordinated fake-review campaign. X account @MyFundedPerps (linked from the site's footer).
What we could not verify
The Delaware registration itself: file number, date of incorporation and officers were not found in a public registry.
Any payout: currency, network and delay of a Rise payout are not published; there is no registry, hash or address to check.
The 106 answers of the public FAQ, which are not served in the page's HTML; we read five of them live on 15 October 2026.
A Discord of its own: the site's "Join Discord" link opens the My Funded Futures server.
Independent press or reviews: only press releases (two of them paid) and the Trustpilot profile.
What the code ROYA gives on a first purchase: MyFundedPerps' own affiliate documentation says a first purchase made with an affiliate code receives the greater of the affiliate's standard discount and the platform's first-purchase discount; we have not verified that on a purchase made with ROYA.
What we like
Rules you can compute before paying: 1-Step only, a static drawdown (Elite 5%), no time limit, no minimum days, no consistency rule — and our own Elite 50K shows its floor exactly where the docs put it.
Published fees that hold: 0.03% per crypto fill, and our one fill was charged exactly that ($14.91 on $49,702.57, 15 October 2026).
Breadth: about 134 markets — crypto, stocks, indices, FX, commodities — in one account, with Elite leverage raised to 40x on NAS100 and SP500.
An API for your own tools: REST, WebSocket, an MCP server, a CLI and a sandbox (beta).
Elite payout terms: a request whenever the previous one is done, no daily limit, and a floor that never locks after a payout.
No identity check to buy: Sumsub verifies you only after you pass, before the funded account.
Watch-outs
Simulated, by contract: the Terms rule out any pathway to real capital and say profit splits "are paid from the Company's own funds, not from real trading gains".
Payouts you cannot check: Rise after a manual review, with no published currency, network or delay, no registry, hash or address — and a $500 minimum on an Elite 50K and a $100,000 lifetime cap per trader.
Young, and legally separate from the brand it borrows: public since September 2026, a Delaware entity we could not find in a registry, "from the team behind My Funded Futures" yet "a company separate from MyFunded Futures, LLC".
Its own documents disagree: payouts weekly (Terms) or daily (docs); profit target on equity (docs) or realised balance (blog); a lifetime cap the blog said did not exist; 10 accounts per 24 hours (Terms) or no limit (docs); four different lists of execution venues.
Half the FAQ is invisible to a reader without a browser session: the 106 answers are not in the page's HTML.
Running costs: an hourly swap on every open position (0.03% a day on crypto), 2x to 3x leverage on most altcoins, the 90/10 split at about +20%, and no reset — a failed account is bought again.
How it went, step by step
15 Oct 2026 · 16:19–16:27 UTC
Desk research: docs, Terms, policies, public API
We read the documentation (docs.myfundedperpetuals.com, about a hundred pages served in Markdown), the Terms of Use, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer (all "September 2026"), and called the two public API endpoints documented without a key: /v1/markets (135 markets) and /v1/restricted-countries (31 codes). We clicked nothing that pays, applies a code or creates an account. The FAQ page lists 106 questions, but its answers are not served in the page's HTML; a scripted request to it was refused (403) and we did not get around it. The Trustpilot page we fetched appeared to be a cache from around 28 September 2026.

Our own account: an Elite 50K bought by Raphael
Our own account: an Elite 50K Challenge (FP-56084746) bought by Raphael on 15 October 2026 (receipt not yet published), read the same day. The account shows a $5,000 profit target and a "fixed" floor at $47,500 ($2,500 of static drawdown), exactly as the docs write it, and no daily-loss line among its constraints. One trade: an XPL-USD perpetual long at 1x, priced on Binance data (the ticket offers 2x at most on this market), one fill of $49,702.57 charged $14.91 of fees — 0.03% of the notional, the published crypto rate to the cent. Nothing is executed on an exchange: the account is simulated. No payout: the account is in evaluation.

Code ROYA at checkout: 25% off any challenge, the standard discount shown on our affiliate dashboard on 16 October 2026; the firm's own homepage showed −30% prices with another public code the same day — compare at checkout and take the lower price. MyFundedPerps' own affiliate documentation says a first purchase made with an affiliate code receives the greater of the affiliate's standard discount and the platform's first-purchase discount; we have not verified that on a purchase made with ROYA. We earn a commission on purchases made with the code; its rate is not published here.

The rule that kills the account
The static floor, measured on equity
The maximum loss is set once, from the starting balance, and never trails: "It does not follow intraday or end-of-day highs" (docs, 15 October 2026). On Elite it is 5% — $2,500 on a 50K, a floor at $47,500 that our own account displays as "fixed". Losses are measured on EQUITY, open profit and loss included. On Select, Prime and Signature the floor moves up to exactly the starting balance at the first payout request, for good; on Elite it never moves.
The optional daily loss
Elite is sold with a 3% daily loss ($1,500 on a 50K) or with none at all, for about 80% more ($495 → $889). The reference is the equity at midnight New York time (04:00 UTC in summer time, 05:00 UTC in winter time), and the option cannot be changed after purchase.
Two quieter ways to lose the account
Thirty consecutive calendar days without an executed trade fail an evaluation (seven days close a funded account); logging in or placing an order that does not fill does not count. And on a funded account, high-impact news windows apply: no new exposure from 10 to 2 minutes before a release, no manual trade from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after.

List prices from the Elite page of the docs, read on 15 October 2026; one-time fee, USD. The 90/10 split is an option bought at checkout only ($495 → $594 on an Elite 50K with the daily loss). The homepage showed "sale" prices 30% lower with a public code the same day (Elite 50K: $495 → $346). Select, Prime and Signature (10K to 100K) are sold too; their prices come from a firm blog post of 14 September 2026 that the current docs do not repeat, so they are not in this table. Refund: within 48 hours if the account shows no activity, minus a $25 fee; none once trading or market data has been accessed (Refund Policy). Our code: Code ROYA at checkout: 25% off any challenge, the standard discount shown on our affiliate dashboard on 16 October 2026; the firm's own homepage showed −30% prices with another public code the same day — compare at checkout and take the lower price.
KYC & excluded countries
No identity check to buy: sign-up asks for a name, a country and an address. Identity is verified by Sumsub after you pass the evaluation and before the funded account is issued ("Challenge Passed → Identity Verification → Customer Agreement → Funded Account"); the Terms also require KYC before any payout. Government ID and a liveness check, 18 or over, an eligible country of residence; most checks finish within minutes, some take up to 12 hours (docs, 15 October 2026). Restricted countries: the public API listed 31 codes on 15 October 2026, among them Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Ukraine, Vietnam, the Philippines, Pakistan, Venezuela and Taiwan; the United States is not restricted. VPNs, proxies and other location-masking tools are not allowed (the FAQ answer we read live on 15 October 2026 says access involving them may be restricted or reviewed). Nothing of this has been tested on our account yet: it is still in evaluation.
Bots, API, copy trading, weekends
The documentation sells an API to trade challenge accounts: REST and WebSocket, an MCP server, a command-line tool and a sandbox — marked beta, "Breaking changes may be introduced at any time". The firm's blog says automated trading is allowed only through that documented public API. The Terms are narrower: they forbid bots or scripts used "to overwhelm the Platform, gain a latency advantage, or evade Platform controls"; the FAQ answer "Is automated trading allowed?" was not readable. Copy trading only between your own accounts (multiplier 0.1× to 2×); external copy trading, mirroring and signal execution are banned. News: free during the evaluation, restricted around high-impact releases on funded accounts. Weekends: yes on 24/7 markets such as crypto; 23/5 markets (FX, indices, some commodities) are closed and positions there are closed automatically 15 minutes before Friday's close. One net position per market, no hedge mode. Fourteen strategies are named as prohibited, from cross hedging and latency arbitrage to "Evaluation Gambling".
Payouts
Method & threshold — Split 80/20 by default on every plan, 90/10 only if bought at checkout. On Elite: one request at a time with no daily limit, from 1% of the account size ($500 gross on a 50K, $400 to you at 80%); elsewhere one per New York day from $100 gross. All positions closed; paid on realised balance; manual review during which trading is locked; a request cannot be cancelled. Delivered through Rise (Riseworks) after an e-mail invitation; a 100% store-credit option exists. $100,000 lifetime cap per user, all accounts, counted after split. Payout requests opened on 11 September 2026.
What we verified
On payouts: nothing. As of 16 October 2026 we have received no MyFundedPerps payout; everything in "Method & threshold" was read in the docs on 15 October 2026.
What we did not verify
Any MyFundedPerps payout at all. The currency, the network and the delay of a Rise payout are not published in the pages we read ("Review and delivery can take longer than the request window"), and the Terms say payouts are processed "on a weekly schedule" where the docs allow a request every day. No public payout registry, no transaction hash, no payout address. Trader certificates and public profiles exist but are published by each trader. The homepage's "$250M+ paid out" is My Funded Futures' (futures) figure, not MyFundedPerps'.
Our verdict
MyFundedPerps writes its rules the way a buyer needs them: a static floor, no time limit, no consistency rule, a fee schedule, an API — and on the Elite 50K Challenge Raphael bought on 15 October 2026, the floor and the commission are exactly what the docs say. That is worth something, and it is more than many firms on our grid publish before you pay.
What it does not give you is a way to check the money. Accounts are simulated, splits are paid from the company's own funds through Rise after a manual review, and nothing about a payout — currency, delay, record — is public. The brand borrows My Funded Futures' name and track record while its own policies call it a separate company, and it has been public for about a month. Until we are paid, and can show how, this stays a desk-research score: 65.3/100, fifth on our grid.
If you buy, read the static floor and the optional daily loss before anything else, keep a trade going inside 30 days, and compare our code with the firm's public code at checkout. Never risk money you need: a challenge is a paid evaluation, and you can lose the whole fee.
65.3/100: Rules & transparency 72/100 · Payouts & verifiability 45/100 · Survival & track record 58/100 · Trading freedom 78/100 · Cost & value 74/100 · Roya's note 18/25. Roya's note is the one subjective criterion in the grid: Roya's own rating after using the firm (interface, execution, support, feel), out of 25. The five others are documentary or measured. On firms we have not traded with our own money, it is an opinion formed without a paid account.
MyFundedPerps beats Propr when you want stocks, indices, FX and commodities next to crypto in one account, Elite's higher index leverage, or a 1-Step with no daily loss at all. Propr wins on everything you can verify: its payouts settle on-chain through a published contract and it has paid us; MyFundedPerps pays through Rise after a manual review, with nothing to check from outside.

FAQ
Is MyFundedPerps legit?+
It is a named company with public rules: Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with about a hundred documentation pages, Terms and policies readable before you pay. Raphael bought an Elite 50K Challenge on 15 October 2026 and the rules on it match the docs. What we cannot vouch for yet: a payout. None has been paid to us, the firm publishes no payout record, the Delaware entity was not found in a public registry, and the brand has been public since September 2026. Trustpilot showed 4.4/5 on 58 reviews in the version we read (cached around 28 September 2026).
Is MyFundedPerps real capital or simulated?+
Simulated, by contract. The Terms ("Risk Disclosure", read 15 October 2026) say all challenges and funded accounts "operate exclusively within a simulated, non-executing environment", that no real capital is involved and that profit-split payments "are paid from the Company's own funds, not from real trading gains". Prices come from real market data — Binance for most markets, Hyperliquid for some — but no order is sent to an exchange.
How do MyFundedPerps payouts work?+
From a funded account, all positions closed, through Rise after a manual review; trading is locked during the review. Split 80/20 (90/10 if bought at checkout). On Elite the minimum is 1% of the account size — $500 gross on a 50K — with no daily limit on requests; on other plans $100 gross, one request per New York day. Payouts are capped at $100,000 per trader for life. The currency, the network and the delay are not published, and the Terms say "weekly" where the docs say daily. We have not received a payout.
Does MyFundedPerps require KYC?+
Not to buy. Identity is checked by Sumsub after you pass the evaluation, before the funded account is issued (and the Terms require it before any payout): a government ID, a liveness check, 18 or over, an eligible country. The public API listed 31 restricted countries on 15 October 2026; the United States is not one of them. VPNs and proxies used to mask your location are not allowed.
Is there a MyFundedPerps promo code? What does ROYA give?+
Our link (myfundedperpetuals.com/@ROYA) opens the site with the code shown; one code per order, codes do not stack. It is our affiliate link: we earn a commission, and the discount is applied by the firm.
Can I use bots or an API on MyFundedPerps?+
The docs sell one: REST and WebSocket APIs, an MCP server, a CLI and a sandbox, marked beta. The firm's blog says automation is allowed only through that documented public API; the Terms forbid bots used to overwhelm the platform, gain a latency advantage or evade its controls. Copy trading is allowed only between your own accounts.
MyFundedPerps vs Propr or Hypernova: is it an on-chain prop firm?+
No. Propr and Hypernova pay in USDC on-chain from addresses and contracts anyone can read, and both have paid us. MyFundedPerps runs simulated accounts priced from Binance and Hyperliquid data and pays through Rise after a manual review; nothing about its payouts is readable on a chain. That is why it is in our overall Trust Score grid but not in our on-chain or USDC-payout rankings.
What does an Elite 50K cost, and what are its drawdown and daily loss?+
$495 with the optional 3% daily loss ($1,500 from the New York midnight equity), or $889 with none (docs, 15 October 2026). Target 10% ($5,000), static maximum loss 5% ($2,500, a floor at $47,500 that never moves), no time limit, no minimum days, failed after 30 days without an executed trade.
Affiliate disclosure: we may earn a commission if you sign up to Propr.xyz, Hypernova, Carrot Funding, Vest Markets, Cashed or MyFundedPerps via our links, at no cost to you. Specs may change — verify on each firm's site. Informational only, not investment advice. Leveraged trading carries a high risk of loss.
Not investment advice. A challenge fee is money you can lose in full.
