We have been running a cashback on prop-firm challenges for a while, through a bot most of you knew under another name. That bot is gone. Everything now runs through @PropCashbackBot, listed on Telegram as “Prop Cashback”, and the product changed with the name: it covers several firms instead of one, it pays 5% as a floor rather than a promise, and on Propr.xyz it climbs to 10% through referral tiers. This is the full guide: what the thing does, what it does not do, how to set it up on each firm, and where the limits are. Terms read on 12 September 2026.
Why a cashback on a challenge fee is worth more than it looks
A prop-firm evaluation is bought, not deposited. That single sentence is the whole argument. Challenge fees are non-refundable, the “funded” accounts at Propr.xyz and Hypernova are simulated accounts, and leveraged trading carries a risk of loss. Your trading capital is not at stake in an evaluation — the entry ticket is, and it is very real. Break a drawdown rule on day one and the ticket is gone; you buy another one or you stop.
That asymmetry is what makes a few percent back on the fee unusually valuable. It is not a bonus on winnings, which you only collect if things go well. It is money that comes back on the one line of the whole operation that is guaranteed to leave your wallet. Whether you pass or fail, whether you trade for a week or blow the daily loss in an hour, the cashback on the purchase is the same. Over a run of attempts — and most traders buy more than one evaluation — it quietly lowers the price of every ticket.
One honest limit, stated once, before anything else in this article: Cashback on a fee you pay — not investment advice, and no promise of a result.
What @PropCashbackBot actually is
A Telegram bot and nothing more. There is no app to install, no account to create on our side, no dashboard to log into. You open the bot, you pick the firm you want cashback on, you sign up at that firm through our partner link, you connect the account, you give a Solana address. From then on every challenge you buy pays part of its fee back to that address in USDC, without you asking for anything.
Two firms are covered at launch: Propr.xyz, at 5% rising to 10% with referral tiers, and Hypernova, at 5% flat. They do not work the same way under the hood, which is the point of the two sections below. The bot’s interface is in FR, EN — this site is in five languages, the bot is not, and it is better to read that here than to discover it on the first message.
What the bot is not: it is not a trading bot. The bot never trades for you and never asks you for funds. It does not run copy trading, it does not do DCA, it does not send signals. It reads what you bought and it pays you back. That is the entire product surface, and keeping it that small is deliberate — a bot that only reads is a bot with very little it can do wrong.
Step by step on Propr.xyz — the fully automatic one
Fully automatic: you paste a read-only Propr API key, used once to identify your account and never stored. Purchases are detected every hour.
- Open the bot and pick Propr.xyz. The firm menu is the first thing the bot shows; choosing the firm is what decides which flow you get afterwards.
- Sign up at Propr.xyz through the partner link the bot hands you. This is the step that cannot be repaired later. Sign up through our link first — attribution locks at account creation. If you already have an account at the firm that was created some other way, it can never be attached — that is how affiliate attribution works everywhere, not a rule we invented.
- Paste a read-only API key. You generate it in your Propr.xyz account and paste it into the bot. It is read once, to identify which account is yours, and then discarded. It is not stored. A read-only key cannot place an order and cannot move funds, which is why this is the only permission level the bot asks for.
- Give a Solana address. Any Solana wallet that can receive USDC works; an exchange deposit address works too, as long as it accepts USDC.
After that, nothing. Purchases are detected hourly, the payout run goes off hourly, and each payment arrives as a Telegram notification carrying its Solscan link so you can check the transaction yourself. The full payment history stays in the bot. The full walkthrough, with the troubleshooting, is in our Propr.xyz cashback tutorial.
Step by step on Hypernova — the checked one
Manual check: you send a screenshot of your Hypernova username once, then for each challenge you declare the tier and attach proof (USDC tx hash or screenshot). Roya validates, then the payout runs automatically.
- Pick Hypernova in the bot and sign up through the partner link. Same non-negotiable first move as above: attribution locks at account creation.
- Send a screenshot of your Hypernova username, once. We check that the account sits under our referral. This is a one-time step, not something you repeat.
- Then, per challenge: declare the tier and attach the proof. The tier is the account size plus the rules type you bought. The proof is either the USDC transaction hash of the purchase or a screenshot of it.
- Roya validates. Once the declaration is validated, the payment itself runs automatically, to the same Solana address, in USDC.
Hypernova stays at 5% whatever your referral count — the tiers are a Propr.xyz mechanic only. Details, proof formats and what to do when a declaration is refused are in the Hypernova cashback tutorial.
The referral tiers, in whole steps
On Propr only: +1% per 5 active referrals, capped at 10%. There is no fractional progress: your rate moves when a block of 5 is completed, and it moves by exactly 1%.
| Active referrals | Your Propr.xyz rate |
|---|---|
| 0 (base rate) | 5% |
| 5 | 6% |
| 10 | 7% |
| 15 | 8% |
| 20 | 9% |
| 25 | 10% |
An active referral is someone who came through your referral link in the bot and bought at least one challenge. Someone who opens the bot, looks around and leaves does not count — otherwise the number would measure curiosity rather than anything real. Your personal link lives in the bot’s “Referral” menu as a start link carrying your id, and the same menu tells you how many active referrals you have and what the next tier needs.
Temporary promo codes can also lift the rate above the base. None is active as this is written, so there is no example code in this article and there will not be an invented one — when a code exists, it is announced with its end date, on the site and in the bot.
A worked example — list price, cashback, net
The cashback is computed on what you actually pay to Propr.xyz. Take the Classic 1-Step $25,000, listed at $275 in the catalogue:
- List price: $275
- Cashback at the base rate 5%: ~$13.75 USDC, so $261.25 net
- Cashback at the 10% cap: ~$27.50 USDC, so $247.50 net
The public code Propr showed in the Claim Offer modal of propr.xyz/try-propr (read on 5 September 2026) has not appeared there in our daily checks since 13 September 2026; we removed it from this site on 30 September 2026. The example above never relied on it. For the details, see what the Try Propr offer is worth today; the current state of the reader offers sits on the bonus page. Prices move; re-read the catalogue before you pay.
Security and transparency — the parts that deserve suspicion
A bot that asks for an API key and a wallet address deserves exactly the suspicion you are giving it. Here is what it does with each.
- The API key is read-only and is not stored. It is read once to identify which Propr.xyz account is yours, then discarded. It cannot place an order and it cannot move funds. On Hypernova there is no key at all.
- The wallet address is a receive address. The bot sends USDC to it. It never asks you for funds and never asks you to approve anything from it.
- The bot never trades. No copy trading, no DCA, no signals — and no ability to, given the permission level it holds.
- The money is our commission. Funded by our affiliate commission, never by you. You pay the firm’s normal price and we return part of what the firm pays us for the sign-up.
- Every payment is checkable. Each one arrives with its Solscan link, and the history stays in the bot. Minimum 0.50 USDC — below that the balance accumulates instead of being sent.
And the one that matters most for a comparator: this changes nothing in our scores. Trust Scores come from a public grid, criterion by criterion, and they are never for sale. An affiliate deal buys a cashback for the reader; it does not buy a point. Our scoring method is published in full, including what each criterion is worth and what would move it. If a firm we earn a commission on scores badly, it scores badly — that is the whole reason the grid is public.
You can read where each firm stands for yourself: our Propr.xyz review and our Hypernova review, both first-hand and both dated.
FAQ
What is @PropCashbackBot?
A Telegram bot, listed as "Prop Cashback", that pays you back part of the fee of every prop-firm challenge you buy. 5% on every supported firm, up to 10% on Propr.xyz with referral tiers. It is paid in USDC on Solana. It replaces the cashback that used to run through our old bot.
Where does the money come from — do I pay more?
No. You pay the firm's normal price. Funded by our affiliate commission, never by you: the firm pays us an affiliate commission on the sign-up, and we hand part of it back to you. That is also why signing up through our partner link is not optional — no attribution, no commission, no cashback.
Do I have to give the bot an API key?
On Propr.xyz, yes — a read-only key. It is used once to identify your account and it is not stored. It cannot place an order and it cannot move funds. On Hypernova there is no key at all: you send a screenshot of your username once, then a proof per challenge.
How long before the cashback lands?
On Propr.xyz, purchases are detected every hour and the payout run goes off every hour, so a purchase is normally settled within the hour. On Hypernova, Roya has to validate your proof first; once validated, the payment itself is automatic.
Is there a minimum payout?
Minimum payout 0.50 USDC — below that it accumulates. Nothing is lost under the minimum: the balance sits in the bot and goes out with the first payment that crosses 0.50 USDC.
What counts as an active referral?
Someone who opened the bot through your referral link AND bought at least one challenge. Opening the bot and stopping there does not count. Every block of 5 active referrals adds 1% to your Propr.xyz rate, up to the 10% cap. Hypernova has no tiers.
I already have an account at the firm — can I attach it?
No, and this is the one thing that cannot be fixed afterwards: attribution locks when the account is created. An account opened without our partner link can never be attached to the cashback, whatever you do next.
What about the Try Propr code?
The public code Propr showed in the Claim Offer modal of propr.xyz/try-propr (read on 5 September 2026) has not appeared there in our daily checks since 13 September 2026; we removed it from this site on 30 September 2026. The cashback never depended on it: 5% of what you actually pay, up to 10% on Propr.xyz with referral tiers.
Is there a promo code that raises the rate?
Temporary promo codes can raise the rate above the base rate. None is active today, so there is no code to publish here — when one exists it is announced on the site and in the bot, with its end date.
Does the bot trade for me?
The bot never trades for you and never asks you for funds. It does not do copy trading, it does not do DCA, it does not send signals. It reads what you bought and it pays you back part of the fee.
Does an affiliate deal change your Trust Scores?
No. Scores come from a public grid and are never for sale. An affiliate deal buys a cashback for the reader, never a point on the Trust Score.
Which languages does the bot speak?
The bot's interface is in FR, EN. The site is in five languages, the bot is not — better stated here than discovered on the first message.
Open the bot
Pick your firm, sign up through the partner link, connect the account. The cashback follows on its own. If you would rather read the product page first, it is here: PropCashbackBot — the cashback page.
Affiliate link. We earn a commission; it never changes what you pay — it is what funds your cashback.
Challenge fees are not refundable, the funded accounts at these firms are simulated, and leveraged trading carries a risk of loss. Nothing here is guaranteed and nothing here is investment advice.
