How to buy a Propr challenge — a real purchase, step by step

29 Aug 2026 5 min

The short version: buying a Propr challenge takes about three minutes — catalog, optional coupon, checkout. Card payment is coming soon; what works today is crypto (USDC, on Solana or EVM chains) or your existing payout balance. We documented a real purchase on August 29, 2026: a 10K Classic at $110, minus a 25% weekend coupon, paid 82.50 USDC on Solana — hash on the confirmation screen, challenge active immediately. Every screenshot below is from that session.

Step 1 — Open the catalog from the dashboard

Two ways in: the + button in the top-right corner, or the Challenges tab in the middle of the dashboard. Both land on the same catalog. (You need an account first — that part is covered in our sign-up guide, linked below.)

Step 2 — Pick your type, size and format

Three choices: account type (Perps — Predictions is marked soon), size (5K to 200K) and 1-Step or 2-Step. For the 10K on our screen: Classic at $110 (10% target, 6% static drawdown), Turbo at $50 (9% target, 3% drawdown), Pro at $85 (12% target, 5% drawdown). All three: 3% daily loss limit, 80% split, no time limit, one-time fee. Turbo is the cheapest ticket but the tightest drawdown — know which trade-off you're buying.

Step 3 — Apply a coupon before paying

Under the Start Trading button there's a 'Have a coupon code?' link. That day a 25% weekend promo (code CRYPTO26) was running on the in-app banner; we typed it there. Codes apply to the listed price at checkout — enter them here, not later.

Step 4 — Review the order and pick a payment method

The recap showed $110.00 − $27.50 (25% off) = $82.50. Three payment methods listed: card (Visa/Mastercard) marked coming soon, crypto (USDC and other supported tokens) — the one that works today — and payout balance, which lets you fund a new challenge from profits already sitting at Propr. That last one is a quietly great detail for funded traders.

Step 5 — Connect a wallet and pay in USDC

The payment page (name + email prefilled from the account) offers Connect Wallet with MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and others, a network selector — we picked Solana — and the token, USDC, with the live conversion shown (1 USD = 0.9999 USDC). One click on Pay 82.5 USDC and the wallet asks for the usual confirmation.

Step 6 — The confirmation, with the transaction hash

Seconds later: 'Payment completed successfully — $82.5 to Propr Limited'. The details panel lists the network (Solana), the amount, the payment date (29 Aug 2026, 09:18) and the transaction hash — the same verify-it-yourself logic Propr applies to payouts, applied to your purchase. A receipt is downloadable.

Step 7 — The challenge is active immediately

No waiting: 'Your purchase has been successfully processed', and the Explorer 1-Step Classic shows ACTIVE with its three gauges at zero — profit target 0/10%, drawdown used 0/6%, daily loss 0/3%. Trade Now is live.

Back on the dashboard

The new account sits next to the others, equity at $10,000.00. From click to tradable: about three minutes, most of it spent reading the catalog.

FAQ

Can I pay for a Propr challenge with a card?+

Not yet. At our checkout on August 29, 2026, 'Pay with card (Visa, Mastercard)' was displayed as coming soon. Two methods work today: crypto (USDC and other supported tokens, on Solana or EVM chains) and your Propr payout balance if you already have one.

Which cryptocurrencies and networks does Propr accept?+

The checkout is built around USDC with other supported tokens selectable, and lets you pick the network — our purchase went through on Solana. Wallet options at connect time included MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet and more. The interface shows the exact USD conversion before you confirm.

How fast is the challenge active after payment?+

Immediately. Our payment confirmed on-chain in seconds (Solana), the success screen showed the transaction hash, and the challenge appeared on the dashboard as ACTIVE with its target/drawdown gauges at zero — ready to trade.

How much does a Propr challenge cost?+

At our August 29, 2026 reading, the 10K account came in three formats: Classic $110 (10% target, 6% static drawdown), Turbo $50 (9% target, 3% drawdown) and Pro $85 (12% target, 5% drawdown) — all one-time fees, 3% daily loss limit, 80% split, no time limit. Sizes run from 5K to 200K, and coupons apply at checkout.

Can I pay a new challenge with my payout balance?+

Yes — 'Pay with payout balance' is a listed payment method. If you have profits sitting in Propr, you can buy your next challenge with them instead of withdrawing first.

Method: real purchase on our own account, 29 August 2026 (82.50 USDC on Solana, after the CRYPTO26 weekend coupon). Prices, formats and payment methods are as displayed that day and can change — check the catalog. Weekend promo codes are time-limited. Trading carries risk; a challenge fee is money spent if you fail. Not investment advice.
