If you want a very cheap, fast evaluation into regulated CME futures, Apex's promo pricing is hard to beat. But do the payout math: a 25K PA account is capped at roughly 6 × $1,000 lifetime under the 2026 rules. Propr pays 80% with no cap, no payout count limit and no account closure — for anyone planning to earn more than a few thousand dollars, the cap decides it.
Does Apex really pay a 100% profit split?+
The split is 100%, but under the program launched March 1, 2026 each PA account allows a maximum of 6 payouts, capped at $1,000–$5,000 each (by account size, min $500), with a 50% consistency rule and 5 qualifying days — then the account closes. Propr's 80% is lower on paper but has no cap, no count limit and no closure.
What changed with 'All New Apex' in March 2026?+
The whole program was rebuilt: evaluations are still one-time-fee but expire after 30 days with no reset (fail or time out = buy again), drawdown is trailing EOD $1K–$4K with permanent closure on violation, a daily loss limit of $500–$2K became mandatory, and PA payouts were capped in both size and count. Older reviews describe a program that no longer exists.
Can I run bots on Apex?+
No — automation is explicitly banned ('No Automation'), along with hedging, and a stop loss is mandatory on every trade. Propr allows bots on every account via its open API.
